How does a collaboration work — from the initial inquiry to the go-live?+
My management will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours with a proposal for implementation, timeframe, and price. After the contract is signed, production begins—possibly on location, according to your brief—followed by approximately two weeks of post-production before publication. From confirmation to go-live, the process typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination and scope. Short-notice and seasonal bookings are possible upon request, provided travel arrangements are feasible.

What usage rights are included in a collaboration with Max Haase?+
A collaboration with Max Haase includes 30 days of organic use on the client's channels; 90 days in the Professional package, and 6 months in the Premium package. Longer terms can be added (3 months +15 %, 6 months +25 %, 12 months +40 %), as well as paid ad rights (from +30 %) and print, out-of-home, and TV usage. Each rights extension will be itemized separately in the offer.
What kind of evaluation will I receive after the campaign?+
You get the figures directly from Instagram's statistics: reach, impressions, saves, link clicks, and interactions for each format. The analysis is completely transparent and avoids bloated reporting.

Yes, that's my main focus. Most recently, I've worked on campaigns for Tourism New Zealand (around 9.8 million views, 188,500 likes) and Visit Saudi (around 9.5 million views, 206,810 likes). Typical formats include multi-day trips with Reels, feed posts, story sets, drone footage, and image packages for further use.
Is exclusivity possible for our destination?+
Time-limited exclusivity—no content for direct competitors before and after the campaign—can be booked contractually. Permanent exclusion of entire regions is agreed upon individually.
Are product campaigns possible without travel?+
Yes. Product campaigns can be implemented without travel and booked individually — a reel or post with a story set, produced at my current location. Product integration within an ongoing travel campaign is also possible.
In which languages is the production carried out?+
Production is primarily in English — communication with the community is also in English. German-language versions are possible; approximately 42% of the reach is in Germany.
Does Max Haase accept free trips or barter collaborations?+
No, not usually. Content production is my profession, not a side job: concept development, filming, editing, and publication take several working days—that can't be compensated with a hotel stay. Travel and accommodation costs are therefore added to the fee; they don't replace it.
Does Max Haase use discount codes?+
I deliberately don't use discount codes on my Instagram channel. A feed filled with a new code every week becomes a constant advertisement and loses the very trust that makes a recommendation effective. I only recommend products I've personally used on my travels—that's why I have few collaborations, but each one stands out. Discount or affiliate links are possible on my blog if they're relevant to the content.
